Thanks for considering UUCCI as you plan your event!

To rent space, individuals must agree to the Rental Agreements and Fee Schedule and COVID-19 Addendum.

Please advise the UUCCI Calendar when making your request. All rental requests must be received no later than 30 days in advance of the event.

Submitting this form does not guarantee a reservation. Requests will be approved or denied by the Office Administrator within 5-7 business days.

Upon approval, hosts will need to attend an in-person orientation and lease signing appointment with the Office Administrator.

Please note: the nursery and children's rooms are not available for rental use. The rooms do not lock but will be blocked off to avoid incidental entry. Use of these rooms is grounds for forfeiture of deposit.
